The firm also provides liquidity to limited partners of private equity funds and to investors with portfolios of direct holdings, liquidity for investments before the end of the life of a fund, eliminate the administrative burden of holding older funds with limited remaining value, redeploy capital to more strategic investments, correct over-allocation issues, meet regulatory requirements. It prefers to invest in logistics and retail, communications, and healthcare. It invests in funds investing in broadly diversified sectors including biotechnology, consumer or retail, financial, healthcare, industrial, materials, media or communications, and technology. It seeks investments across the United States and overseas while investing in other funds. It seeks to make investments in interest with asset value between $1 million and $25 million. The firm typically acquires limited partnership interests in transactions with values ranging between $1 million and $100 million, but typically looks at transactions with less than $50 million in value and less than $30 million in net asset value. It can undertake any size transaction. It invests between $1 million & $30 million.
