R12 is a Swedish investment company managed by co-owners Per Hesselmark and Hans Ramel. The company’s largest owner is Robert af Jochnick together with his three sons. R12’s investment operations are focused on Scandinavia, though other parts of Europe are important for add-on investments. We currently have ownership interests in 9 companies. We are actively seeking new investments. In addition to capital, R12 provides a strategic perspective and helps to develop each company’s business plan, thereby raising profitability and growth.
