The firm invests in companies based in the North America, United States and Canada. It typically invests equity capital between $2 million and $50 million and then increasing over time via strategic add-ons in platform companies with revenues between $10 million and $100 million; EBITDA between $2 million and $15 million and enterprise values between $10 million and $120 million and gross margins of at least 20% of sales. The firm considers larger investments in conjunction with other investors, funded and independent sponsors in situations which meet its general criteria. It seeks a board seat and control ownership in its portfolio companies. The firm prefer to have majority stake in company.
