The firm typically invests in North America with a focus on companies based in the United States and Canada. Within United States, the firm focuses on Michigan region. The firm seeks to invest between $20 and $100 million of equity per platform investment. The firm targets companies with enterprise values between $20 million and $150, sales more than $20 million and EBITDA of $5 million and $25 million. The firm seeks to acquire controlling stakes. The firm will consider majority and minority investments with appropriate governance provisions. The firm employs personal capital of its management.
