Rubicon Venture Capital is a bi-coastal San Francisco – New York fund focused on backing software and internet technology companies at the Late Seed, Series A and B stages. We are backed by a diverse set of value added LP investors including high-net worth individuals, family offices, corporates and institutional LPs located worldwide. We enable our LPs to co-invest with our fund all the way to exit via our sidecar vehicles. This provides our LPs with access to select late stage investment opportunities and continued financial support for our portfolio companies.
