It will invest in companies with revenues between $15 million and $100 million and in case of add-on acquisition the revenues of $3 million and enterprise values between $25 million and $125 million. The firm also provides investments in the form of debt financing and senior debt. It will consider preferred equity investments in public companies. The firm prefers to be a lead investor but can co invest with other lead investors in its portfolio companies. It also seeks to provide add-on acquisitions. While providing growth capital it seeks to be a minority investor by serving its portfolio companies as the largest institutional investor.
