The firm does not invest in companies whose business consists of illegal economic activity like any production, trade or other activity that is illegal under laws or regulations applicable to the Company including, but not limited to, human reproductive cloning; companies that are producing or trading in tobacco, distilled spirits and related products; producing or trading in arms and ammunitions; casinos and equivalent enterprises; producing fossil-fuel based energy and related activities like extraction, processing, transportation and storage of coal; petroleum exploration and production, refining, transportation, distribution and storage, natural gas exploration and production, liquefaction, regasification, transportation, distribution and storage; electric power generation exceeding the Emission Performance Standard (i.e. 250 grams CO2e per kWh of electricity), applicable to fossil fuel-fired power and cogeneration plants, geothermal and hydroelectric plants with large reservoirs; and in energy intensive industries and/or with high CO2 emissions, as indicated: manufacture of other inorganic basic chemicals (NACE 20.13), manufacture of other organic basic chemicals (NACE 20.14), manufacture of fertilizers and nitrogen compounds (NACE 20.15), manufacture of plastics in primary forms (NACE 20.16); manufacture of cement (NACE 23.51), manufacture of cement (NACE 23.51), manufacture of iron and basic steel and ferroalloys (NACE 24.10), manufacture of tubes, pipes, hollow sections and related fittings, of steel (NACE 24.20), manufacture of other products of first processing of steel (NACE 24.30, incl. 24.31-24.34), aluminum production (NACE 24.42), manufacture of conventionally fueled aircraft and related machinery (sub activity of NACE 30.30) and conventional fuel air transport and airports and service activities related to conventional fuel air transport (NACE 51.10, 51.21 and 52.23). It seeks to invest in technology, information technology, technology hardware and equipment, SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, internet services and infrastructure, internet software, travel kits and accessories, travel industries from Spain. It is focused on digitization of SMEs to help society through the use of technology for the improvement of health, education and responsible consumption. The firm is geography-agnostic with a focus on Spain. It makes the equity investments between €0.1 million ($0.11 million) and €4 million ($4.65 million). The firm also does follow-on investments.
