Shavit Capital is a private equity and venture capital firm specializing in investing in mid venture, late venture, later stage, PIPES, emerging growth, bridge financing and growth capital. The firm typically invests in technology-based companies and biomedical sector with a focus on companies about to embark on offerings on a US exchange, life science sectors or those already listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) and planning on dual listing on a US exchange. For equity mezzanine/ pre IPO investments the rounds of finance range from $5 million to $30 million. It typically invests up to $15 million per transaction and can lead investments of up to $60 million. The firm prefers to be the lead investor but can also form syndicated deal with other investors.
