It seeks to invest in companies having equity investment between $1 million and $10 million and prefers to acquire controlling interests in companies with enterprise value between $5 million and $35 million and sales between $5 million and $75 million. It may consider acquisitions above or below this range. The firm invests in companies with EBITDA between $1 million and $10 million. It raises the equity component of its transactions through an affiliated network of investors. The firm prefers to work with investors who are willing to commit a minimum of $250,000 towards funding one or more transactions. In select circumstances, the firm offers subordinated debt co-investment opportunities for specific transactions to its investors. The firm makes balance sheet investments and personal capital of its management. Stanwich Consulting Corp was founded in 1982 and is based in Wilton, Connecticut.
