The firm primarily invests in North America and Europe. The firm seeks to make equity investment between $75 million and $150 million in companies with a revenue between $100 million and $2000 million and enterprise value between $100 million and $500 million. The firm purchases existing debt and equity instruments and also issues new debt and equity capital. It executes larger investments through partnering and co-investment with limited partners. Stellex Capital Management LLC was formed in 2014 and is based in New York, New York with an additional office in Detroit, Michigan; London, United Kingdom, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Ann Arbor, Michigan.
