It primarily invests in companies based in United States and Canada. However, for add-on acquisition the firm invests worldwide. It typically invests between $10 million and $100 million in companies, which have an enterprise value between $35 million and $200 million, revenues up to $200 million, an EBITDA between $3 million and $20 million, and transaction values ranging from $30 million to $200 million. The firm invests capital totaling 30 percent to 50 percent of the acquisition purchase price, with typical transaction structured as an investment in common and preferred stock. The firm prefers to take majority stake in its portfolio companies. The firm prefers to invest for long-term objective.
