Stonecreek Capital Inc. is a private equity firm specializing in investments in small middle market companies. It typically invests in management buyouts, mezzanine, recapitalization, add-on acquisition, and growth capital. The firm does not invest in turnarounds and avoids excessive leverages. It primarily invests in manufacturing including contract and niche; consumer products which includes branded, automotive accessories, and hispanic oriented products; food services including products both food and non-food, services, and restaurants; and business services which includes distribution, transportation, and direct marketing and advertising. The firm seeks to take equity interests in privately owned growth companies and corporate orphans headquartered in the United States preferably West Coast, Western United States, and Canada. In case of add on acquisitions any size and location may be considered. It prefers to invest a minimum equity investment of $5 million in companies having enterprise value between $10 million and $50 million, revenues of at least $10 million, and EBITDA between $2 million and $10 million. It prefers to invest in the form of common equity, preferred equity, subordinated debt, seller paper, and earn outs. The firm invests in control as well as minority investments and seeks to invest for a period between five years and seven years. It also focuses on mergers, sellers striving to diversify holdings and/or retire, and family owned businesses. It also provides advisory services to business owners focused on increasing equity value in select situations. Stonecreek Capital Inc. was founded in 1992 and is based in Irvine, California.
