The firm also invests in assessment, certification, and testing that include delivery and management of computer-based testing including professional licensure and certification and educational testing and test development and related services. It prefers to invest in the United States with a focus on Mid Atlantic and eastern region. The firm typically invests between $5 million and $15 million in companies with revenues between $5 and $50 million, enterprise value between $5 million and $50 million, EBITDA between $1 million and $7 million, and EBITDA margins between 10 and 20 percent. The firm prefers to make majority equity investments in which the seller makes a significant “roll over” investment. It also seeks to make strategic add on acquisitions. It seeks to make direct equity and control investments and larger investments are made in partnerships. Striker Partners was founded in 1998 and is based in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
