It seeks to invest between $5 million and $25 million in companies with sales between $10 million and $100 million; and EBITDA between $2 million and $10 million. The firm may fund larger equity investments through co-investments. The firm seeks to exit its investment within four to seven years. It acquires both minority and majority equity stakes.
