TechLaunch, LLC is an accelerator specializing in early stage ventures toward growth opportunities via mentoring, coaching, access to resources and capital, funding, advisory services, and business training to seed-stage, startup technology companies. Within technology companies, it seeks to focus on social media, internet of things, gaming, e-commerce, internet, mobile application, consumer web or software based, green energy, communications, media, biotech, manufacturing, health care, pharma/life science, and transportation industries. It seeks startups with at least two co-founder. The startups takes place around the middle of each month, normally at a NJ/NY University campus. Firm invests in tech startup with Trailing revenue of greater than $50,000. The firm, through its accelerator program, BullPen, looks to raise $0.5 million to $5 million in additional seed capital to grow their business to the next stage and the firm has invested in atleast 6-12 months of “sweat equity” and seed capital upwards of $0.05 million. It also provides working space, internet access, mentor/speaker expenses, and other miscellaneous perks. TechLaunch, LLC was founded in 2011 and is based in Kinnelon, New Jersey with an additional office in Montclair, New Jersey.
