It typically invests in the United Kingdom including South Western region of England including Gloucestershire, Somerset, Devon, Cornwall, Wiltshire, and Dorset. The firm can invest up to £330,000 ($0.54 million) in an initial investment and a further £330,000 ($0.54 million) after six months. It along with other investors can follow on its investments to provide a total of £2.1 million ($3.41 million) to any one company. The firm invests in small and medium size enterprises with either an annual turnover not exceeding €50 million ($70.87 million) or a balance sheet not exceeding €27 million ($38.27 million). It prefers to take a minority stake and appoint Non-Executive Directors in its portfolio companies. The firm typically exits its investments within three to seven years through a stock market flotation or trade sale.
