It invests in companies located in the United States, Australia, China, and Western Europe. The firm typically makes investments in companies, which have annual sales between $10 million and $150 million and transaction values above $80 million. It seeks Controlling interest except in China. It also seeks majority equity positions on behalf of its principals.
