It makes equity and debt investment between $1 million and $15 million in companies with enterprise values between $6 million and $30 million; and revenue levels between $4 million and $100 million. For mezzanine investments, the firm seeks to make mezzanine debt investment in companies having EBITDA between $1 million and $5 million and revenue greater than $10 million. In some cases under mezzanine debt investment, the firm invests higher as part of a lending syndicate and lends both directly to companies and as part of private-equity group sponsored transactions. It seeks to make equity investment typically in companies having EBITDA between $1 million and $5 million and revenue great than $5 million. In some cases, the firm seeks to make higher equity investment along with co-investors and typically takes the position of company's lead or sole outside equity investor, along with management. It makes its investments though personal capital, balance sheet, and other sources like family office. It prefer to have majority stake.
