The firm targets companies engaged in traditional industry sectors with a focus on healthcare, hospitality, personal care and other consumer products, manufacturing, customer service, equipment leasing, select retail, musical instruments, gaming and leisure, business and consumer services, field service organizations, equipment and maintenance repair, contract manufacturing, brand management, catalogs, technology support, fintech and financial services. It invests in firms based in North America. The firm provides financing for businesses with operating cash flow between $2 million and $15 million and enterprise value between $5 million and $50 million. It typically invests in companies with revenue between $5 million to $150 million. It also considers smaller transactions for add-on acquisitions by its portfolio companies, as well as select distressed assets, including bankruptcies, underperforming corporate divisions, and overleveraged entities. The firm can co invest but as a control investor. Westridge Capital was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Los Angeles, California with additional offices in New York, Palm Beach and Milan.
