The firm also invest in and life sciences, medical equipment. It primarily invests in companies in Europe, North America, United States of America, Israel, Western Europe with a focus on France and Germany, Burgundy, Ille-de-France, Provence-Alpes, and Rhone Alpes. The firm seeks to invest in Paris and Suburbs, and north-west, north-east, south east, south west and outside France, as a part of its private equity strategy. In first investment size it seeks to invest €1million ($0.10 million) and €10 million ($0.99 million). It seeks to invests between €0.5 million ($0. 56 million) and €50 million ($65.17 million), as a part of its venture capital strategy, in companies with sales ranging between €5 million ($5.62 million) and €50 million ($61.19 million) and valuations between €5 million ($5.62 million) and €50 million ($65.17 million). The firm seeks to invest between €1.25 million ($1.41 million) and €4.45 million ($5.01 million), as a part of its private equity strategy. The firm primarily invests a significant majority and minority interest and seeks a board seat on its portfolio companies. It prefers to invest in unlisted companies in the form of common stock, preferred stock, convertible bonds, and equity warrants. The firm seeks to exit its investments between three and seven years.
