It focuses on companies operating in automotive (motor retail and allied services), operational services, which include specialized, security, cleaning, laundry, hygiene, pest control and fumigation, human capital recruitment, training and development, financial services, and mining and resources. The firm will also consider investments outside the above areas. It prefers to invest in the South African market. It seeks make a minimum investment of ZAR 15 million ($1.46 million) and maximum of ZAR 500 million ($48.90 million) in companies with a minimum EBITDA of ZAR 20 million ($2.44 million). It takes a minimum of 20 percent stake and a maximum of 80 percent stake. It employs personal capital of its management and makes balance sheet investments.
