ActiTrexx
ActiTrexx develops cell therapies based on activated regulatory T cells (Treg) to treat autoimmune and autoinflammatory diseases. The company's lead product, ATreg/Actileucel (ATX-002), is an allogeneic Treg product designed to re-balance the immune system without requiring tissue matching. It is currently being evaluated in clinical trials for the prevention of Graft-versus-Host Disease (GvHD) and the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis.
