Hemispherian

Hemispherian is a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company developing a novel class of small molecule drugs that target the TET2 enzyme to restore a cancer cell’s normal epigenetic complement. Its lead compound, GLIX1, is in clinical development for the treatment of glioblastoma, a highly aggressive cancer of the central nervous system.
