Impulse Dynamics develops the Optimizer Smart Mini, a minimally invasive implantable device that delivers Cardiac Contractility Modulation (CCM) therapy. The system provides non-excitatory electrical pulses to the heart to improve functional status and quality of life for NYHA Class III heart failure patients. The technology is specifically designed for symptomatic patients who are not indicated for Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT) and have a left ventricular ejection fraction between 25% and 45%.
