Kupando is a biopharmaceutical company developing KUP101, a dual Toll-Like Receptor (TLR) 4/7 agonist designed to stimulate innate immunity and induce trained immunity. The company's small molecule drug candidates are intended for the systemic treatment of solid tumors, such as cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, and the prevention and therapy of antimicrobial-resistant infectious diseases. These host-directed therapies are being developed for use as both standalone treatments and in combination with checkpoint inhibitors.
