Levenue operates a revenue-based financing marketplace that allows subscription-based and SaaS companies to access up to 35% of their Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) upfront. The platform uses a Dutch Auction model where investors bid on future revenue contracts, providing non-dilutive capital to businesses with at least €30k in Monthly Recurring Revenue. The service is available to companies with a legal entity in operational European markets and at least 12 months of revenue history.
