Orbital Matter

The company develops the Printer Assisted Deployment System (PADS) to manufacture large-scale space infrastructure directly in orbit. Using a proprietary 3D printing process and a material called SPACECRETE, it builds continuous rigid structures such as booms, solar arrays, and antennas ranging from 10 to over 100 meters. The technology serves satellite constellation operators, space data centers, and space station developers by providing structural backbones that are too large to be launched in traditional rocket fairings.
