Phlux Technology
Phlux Technology designs and manufactures high-sensitivity infrared sensors, specifically Noiseless InGaAs Avalanche Photodiodes (APDs) for the 1550 nm wavelength. These sensors are used as components in laser range finders, LiDAR systems, and optical fiber test equipment (OTDR) to increase detection range and resolution. The products are available as bare die, fiber-pigtail, or surface-mount packages and are designed to operate at high temperatures with low dark current.
