The company develops offshore pumped hydro energy storage systems that utilize a reservoir on the ocean floor and another floating on the surface. These reservoirs are connected by a pipe and use reversible pump-turbines to move saturated sea salt brine to store and release energy. The technology is designed for long-duration storage and can be coupled with floating wind and solar PV installations.
