Tract was a property technology company that developed software tools to streamline the British planning permission process for developers and landowners. Its product suite included a site-sourcing tool for developers called Tract Source, a land-appraisal tool named Attract, and an AI-powered platform for drafting planning documents known as Tract Editor. The company ceased operations in March 2025 after failing to secure a viable venture-scale business model within the conservative UK property market.
