Virgil provides equity financing for first-time homebuyers by co-investing up to €100,000 alongside the purchaser to increase their property budget. In exchange for this capital, the company takes a minority ownership stake in the property and charges an annual fee of 1% on the invested amount. Homeowners have the option to sell the property or buy out the company's share within a ten-year period.
