Founders can now define sensitive keywords for their dataroom, and CAPLINK will automatically redact every matching instance across PDF documents, before investors ever see them. Redacted content is permanently removed from the file, not just visually covered, so it can't be recovered through copy-paste or text extraction. Founders and their sell-side advisors continue to see the original text with a subtle underline marking what's hidden from investors, giving full visibility into what's being protected.
