Dataroom "Latest Uploads" folder
A new virtual folder surfaces recently added dataroom documents so investors do not have to hunt for what changed.
Every dataroom now has an automatic "Latest Uploads" view showing documents added within a configurable recency window (14 days by default, adjustable per dataroom). It is a virtual folder, not a copy — files stay in their original location.
