Dataroom Q&A writes via MCP
Investors and advisors using the CAPLINK MCP server can now post dataroom Q&A follow-ups directly from their AI assistant, with a mandatory review step before anything is posted.
The MCP server can stage a Q&A follow-up comment for review, but it never posts automatically: a draft is returned first, and only an explicit confirmation from the person publishes it to the dataroom thread. Advisors got the same capability shortly after.
