The firm prefers to invest between $5 million and $20 million, with the sweet sport being around $10 million, in companies with revenues of between $50 million and $75 million and enterprise value of between $50 million and $75 million. It prefers to have active Board representation in its portfolio companies. It takes minority stake in companies. The firm seeks to exit its investments through a liquidity event within three to seven years.
